How to prepare for natural disasters

When a natural disaster strikes, there is little to no time to react. In this video Miriam Kramer will share six tips to prepare for a natural disaster. In order to keep your family safe, these tips should be followed: (a) know where you can go for shelter; (b) keep a go-bag with essential items such as important documents, cash, and medicine; (c) if you are at home, keep ample supply of daily use items; (d) make a communication plan; (e) charge your electronics including mobile phones; (f) don’t walk or drive through flood water. Being informed and ready is the best way to prepare for a natural disaster. Stay safe!
